CPD Not Showing After Completing an Event

Question:
I completed an on-demand event, but it’s not showing on my CPD log. Why?

Answer:
There are a couple of possible reasons:

  • Processing delay or system issue: Occasionally, there may be a delay or technical issue on our side. If this is the case, we will investigate and update your record.
  • Incomplete attendance: CPD is only awarded if the event is completed in full. If the session was not fully completed, CPD cannot be applied.

If you believe you completed the event and your CPD has still not been updated, please contact us by emailing us at events@lia.ie and we will review this for you.
