How can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?

If you need a copy of your invoice or receipt, our team can help with this.

Invoices cannot be issued directly through the AI chatbot.

To request a copy of your invoice, please:

• Email queries@lia.ie
• Include your name and course details (e.g. APA Investment) to help us locate your record and your payment. 

Receipts

Receipts are automatically issued once payment is processed:

• Credit/Debit card payments: Receipt issued immediately
• Direct Debit payments: Receipt issued approximately 10 days after payment is collected

If you did not receive or have misplaced your receipt:

• Email queries@lia.ie  with the details of the request, to receive a duplicate copy of your receipt. 

Key Point

The AI chatbot cannot access or send invoices or receipts, but our team will be happy to provide copies on request.
