I completed content on LIA Elevate but did not receive CPD hours. Why?  

Not all content on LIA Elevate awards CPD hours. While LIA Elevate offers a wide range of personal and professional development courses, only CPD-accredited content counts towards your annual CPD requirement.

You may not have received CPD hours for one or more of the following reasons:

• The content is not CPD-accredited
  Some content may focus on general skills such as leadership, communication, or personal development. These do not count towards CPD hours.

• The online event or course is not relevant to your designation
  Even if an event or course is CPD-accredited, it must be relevant to your specific designation and, where applicable, your product categories. If it is not aligned, CPD hours may not be awarded.

• Completion requirements were not met
  All online CPD events require you to complete all sections and successfully pass an assessment. If these steps were not completed, CPD hours will not be awarded. 
• Accreditation has not been applied to that course
  To award CPD hours, a course must be reviewed and accredited by the LIAs CPD Team. This specific course you have completed may not have gone through this process and will not generate CPD hours. Please contact Member Services team at cpd@lia.ie.
