I have lost/misplaced my parchment, how do I get another one?

If you have lost or misplaced your LIA qualification parchment, you can request a replacement by following these steps:

1. Contact LIA – Email education@lia.ie or call 01 456 3890 to request a replacement.
2. Provide Your Details – You will need to include:
   • Your full name
   • LIA membership number (if available)
   • The qualification you completed
   • The year of completion
3. Pay the Replacement Fee – A fee may apply for issuing a duplicate parchment. LIA will provide details on the cost and payment process.
4. Receive Your New Parchment – Once processed, your replacement parchment will be issued and sent to you.

Additional Information:

• Replacement parchments are issued in the same format as the original but will be marked as a duplicate.
