I never received my Zoom link email, can this be sent on?

If you haven't received your Zoom link email for an LIA event, follow these steps to get it resent:

What to Do:

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder – Sometimes, event emails get filtered to these inboxes.
  2. Log into Your LIA Account –
    • Go to www.lia.ie.
    • Navigate to LIA Elevate and then go to your Learning Centre and the link will be there, just click on “Attend”.
  3. Contact LIA Directly –
    • Email events@lia.ie with your event name and registration details.
    • Alternatively, call +353 (0)1 456 3890 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). LIA should be able to resend your Zoom link before the event.
