- Allow Processing Time – CPD hours from LIA events are typically updated automatically, but this may take some time (usually around 48 hours). Check your CPD log a few days after the event.
- Verify Attendance – Ensure that you were fully present for the event and that your attendance was properly recorded. If you left early or missed any part, this may affect your CPD hours.
- Check the Event Accreditation – Only events accredited by LIA, the Institute of Banking, or the Insurance Institute of Ireland qualify for CPD hours. If the event was not accredited or was an external event without proper accreditation, it may not count.
- Review Your CPD Log – Log into your LIA account and check if the CPD hours appear under your records. If they are missing, confirm whether the event had automatic recording or if manual input is required.
