Trouble Accessing a Live Seminar

Question:
I’m having issues joining a seminar. This happens every time—am I doing something wrong?

Answer:
First, check that you are fully registered for the event:

  • Log into your Learning Centre and confirm the event appears there
  • If the event is visible, your registration is complete

You should receive three access emails for each live event:

  1. A confirmation email after registering
  2. A reminder email 2 days before the event
  3. A final email on the morning of the event

When you click the Zoom link, you will also need to register with Zoom. This step is required so we can allocate your CPD hours, so please ensure you include your member number in the Zoom registration form.
