Unable to Complete an Order in Elevate

I can’t complete my order in Elevate—it won’t let me proceed to checkout.
Answer:
This issue is usually caused by one of the following:
- The event has already been purchased:
If you have already completed the booking, the system will not allow you to purchase it again - The order is still in your basket:
Sometimes an order is started but not completed. Please check your basket and complete the checkout process
