Viewing Your CPD Records and Compliance Reports

Members can view their CPD hours for current or previous years by logging into their LIA Member Area and accessing the CPD Log.

If you need an official CPD Compliance Report, these are issued automatically after the CPD year closes or can be requested from the LIA CPD team for previous years.

How can I check my CPD hours from previous years?

You can review your CPD hours for previous years through your LIA Member Account.

To check your CPD history:

  1. Log in to the LIA Member Area at www.lia.ie
  2. Navigate to the CPD Log
  3. Use the CPD Year dropdown menu
  4. Select the relevant year to view your completed hours and CPD category breakdown.

If you are unable to access your CPD record or believe there is an error in your CPD hours, please contact LIA Member Services for assistance.

How do I request a CPD Compliance Report?

Members may request a CPD Compliance Report for either the current CPD year or a previous CPD year.

The process depends on the year involved.

Compliance Reports for the Current CPD Year

Compliance reports for the current CPD year are issued automatically.

These reports are sent to members after 31 January, once:

  • the CPD year has officially closed
  • all CPD submissions have been finalised.

Your compliance report will be sent to your registered email address.

Compliance Reports for Previous CPD Years

If you require a compliance report for a previous CPD year, it must be requested from the LIA CPD Team.

These reports are not available directly through the Members Area.

To request a report: Email cpd@lia.ie

Your report will then be generated and sent to you.

What information is included in a CPD Compliance Report?

Your CPD Compliance Report will typically include:

  • your name
  • the CPD year requested
  • your CPD compliance status for that year

 CPD hours – Can I check previous year's CPD hours?

Yes, you can check your previous year's CPD hours following these steps.

  1. Log in to the LIA Member Area.
  2. Navigate to the "CPD Log"
  3. Select the relevant CPD year from the dropdown to view your completed hours and category breakdown.

If you cannot access your CPD record or believe there is a discrepancy, you should contact LIA Member Services for assistance.

 How to request your CPD compliance report

Members may need a CPD Compliance Report either for the current CPD year or for previous CPD years. The process is different depending on the year involved.

  • Compliance Reports for the Current CPD Year
    If you are looking for a compliance report for the current CPD year, please note that Compliance Reports for the current CPD year are issued to all members after 31 January next. Your report will be sent to you by email once the CPD year has officially closed and all submissions have been finalised.
  • Compliance Reports for Previous CPD Years
    If you require a compliance report for a previous CPD year, these are not directly available in the LIA Members Area and they must be issued by our CPD Team.
    Please email CPD@lia.ie to request your Compliance Report for a past CPD year.

Your report will be generated and emailed to you and will include:

    • Your name
    • The year requested
    • Your compliance status for that CPD year
