When will I receive my textbook?
Answer
Once you have successfully registered for a module with LIA, you will receive access to your study materials, including a soft copy of your textbook via the online Study Hub.
- Printed Version: If you have opted for a hard copy, it will be dispatched within 10 working days of your registration.
Additional Information:
- If you do not receive your textbook within the expected timeframe, contact info@lia.ie or call 01 456 3890.
- If you are retaking a module in a new academic year and need an updated textbook, you must phone LIA to order and pay for a new copy (€40 fee applies).
- Ensure your delivery address is up to date in your LIA profile to avoid delays.
